Sustainable bamboo
Bamboo toothbrushes are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic toothbrushes, millions of which end up in landfill or in our oceans each year. Piksters Bamboo toothbrushes use bamboo handles that are 100% biodegradable. Along with being strong, flexible, naturally antimicrobial, and antifungal, Moso bamboo is incredibly fast-growing and can mature in as little as 3 years, making it one of the most sustainable crops available today. Plus, it’s the type of bamboo that pandas don't eat!
An eco-friendly choice for teeth
Take care of your family’s dental health with a lower plastic footprint with the Piksters Eco range. Designed with a sustainably sourced bamboo handle, the Piksters Bamboo toothbrush contains up to 99% less plastic than traditional toothbrushes. The packaging is made from compostable recyclable cardboard, soy-based ink, and a clear window that is a 100% biodegradable corn starch-derived polymer, not conventional plastic made from fossil-based petroleum. While they are the only non-biodegradable part, the bristles are made from castor bean oil, which is a plant-based and sustainable resource, unlike normal nylon.
