Asthma Australia incorporates the Asthma Foundations from every state and territory and is the nation’s peak asthma body. For over 50 years they have delivered high quality resources and support for people with asthma and their carers and provided training for healthcare professionals and other people in the community with a duty of care.

Asthma Australia facilitates the Asthma Assist program which is a free asthma information and support service that provides regular updates on the management of asthma, latest research, new treatments and medications, and much more.

GP helpline

The after-hours GP helpline is for people who need after hours medical advice, but who can't access their usual doctor and are not sure what they should do. Based on the caller's symptoms the registered nurse can transfer the caller to the after-hours GP.
