Directions / Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food.

Indications

Tresos-B® is the original foundation multinutritional containing a broad spectrum of vitamins, macro and trace minerals and amino acids which aid in the maintenance of general well-being.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:        

• Vitamin A (as Retinyl palmitate) 2500 IU
      (equiv. vitamin A 750 mcg RE)       
• Betacarotene 6 mg     
• Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50 mg     
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 20 mg     
• Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) 5 mg     
• Nicotinamide 220 mg     
• Calcium pantothenate 100 mg    
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50 mg     
• Folic acid 150 mcg     
• Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 100 mcg     
• Ascorbic acid 50 mg     
• Cholecalciferol (equiv. vitamin D3 100 IU) 2.5 mcg     
• dl-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate 50mg
      (equiv. vitamin E 50 IU)      
• Aminobenzoic acid 20 mg     
• Betaine hydrochloride 10 mg     
• Biotin 50 mcg     
• Choline bitartrate 50 mg     
• Glutamine 50 mg

Warnings

WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 mcg retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner.       

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900 mcg retinol equivalents for men.
