Postage and Handling
- Cincotta Chemist uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels
will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature
on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery
if no one is home during business hours.
- Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They
will be dispatched as soon as prescriptions have been processed and
payment is approved.
- Cincotta Chemist will dispatch on the same day the order is received
providing the order is received before 11.00am (EST) and goods are
in stock and payment approved. All other orders will be dispatched
the next business day. Prescriptions will be dispensed and dispatched
the same day the actual prescription is received.
- Postage and Handling charges are:
Standard Post (approximately 2 to 3 working days for most areas of
Australia):
0-5kg - $5.95.
Over 5kg – at cost, our customer service operators will call
to arrange delivery.
Express Post (Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery for most areas of Australia):
$9.90 (subject to weight and dimensions of parcel).
International Post:
At our cost. A quote will follow on receipt of your order or query.
