Return & Refunds
• Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at
no charge.
• Please note however that there are some companies that prefer
to deal with returns themselves. Also, products that may be heat affected
cannot be returned (e.g. film and some medications). Therefore, please
call our Customer Service Department before returning any items.
• Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Cincotta
Chemist, will be replaced at no charge to the customer with a full refund
of the initial charge.
• Any orders received incorrectly through the Prescription lines
ordered incorrectly by patient cannot be refunded or returned.
• All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded
if informed within 14 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage
will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.
