Payment options
By credit card:
• We accept AMEX, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa (Diner’s
Club not accepted)
• We also accept money orders and cheques, which need to be sent
to us and received before dispatching your order.
• We utilise the internationally recognized Secure Server Certificate
(SSL) technology to ensure customers’ security.
• Payment by credit card can be sent electronically or you can
call Customer Service on 1300 787 868 or (02) 8868 7566 to arrange for phone payment (Monday
to Friday 8am to 6pm EST).
• If there are insufficient funds on your credit card, we will
phone you to arrange alternative payment. If uncontactable via phone,
we will email you and allow seven days prior to assuming you no longer
require the order.
• All prices listed are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
• All prices listed are inclusive of GST. A Tax Invoice will arrive
with your order, with GST amounts shown.
