How to Order
There are number of ways you can search for a product. Via Product Search using
a keyword, via the Department menu or via Favourites. Once you have found
the product you wish to order, enter the quantity. (All products automatically
default to 1 unit. If you wish to order more than 1, simply alter the
quantity). Then select Add.
A total of your purchases will be displayed on the left hand side of
the screen in the Mini Shopping Trolley.
If you want to review or alter your order at anytime, click on Review.
If altering a quantity, click Recalculate to calculate the new total.
Once you have completed shopping, select Checkout.
Then, send us your order via ONE of the following channels:
| Online | - Select Online as the Payment option, if paying by credit card online.

| Offline |
- Select Offline as the Payment option.
- A copy of our order will be sent to Cincotta Chemist.
- Call Cincotta Chemist on 1300 787 868 or (02) 8868 7566 during business hours with your order number and payment details.
- We will commence processing your order on receipt of your payment details.

Please note when ordering that whilst we take every reasonable care to ensure accuracy of all products listed, we do not accept liability for any errors in pricing or description. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
Multiple ordering
Please do NOT send us multiple copies of the same order. If this happens, each copy we receive will automatically be processed as a separate order.
Unfortunately, if you double or triple your order in this way we will not be able to accept the extra order/s back for credit.
Changing orders
Once you have finalised an order you cannot vary it by adding or deleting items.
Please note that if an item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you to check how you would like us to proceed.
Out of Stocks
We do our absolute best to keep 100% of our inventory in stock 100% of the time,
but unfortunately this is not always possible. If an item is temporarily
out of stock, the item will be flagged with a button “Out of Stock
Email me when back in Stock”. If you chose this option, we will
notify you by email as soon as the item is back in stock, so you can place
an order (if you still require the item).
If you have ordered a product and it is later found to be out of stock.
We will contact you on the phone number provided to ascertain how you
would like to proceed. If uncontactable, we will email you and allow
seven days prior to assuming you no longer require the item(s).
Unfortunately, we do not place any products on back order. This is
to ensure that in times of a product taking excessive time to come back
into stock, we prefer to make sure that you still wish to purchase the
product, rather than just send it to you when it comes back in stock.
Our experience is that at times it can be difficult to guarantee when
an item will be back in stock as manufacturers are often unable to make
reliable forecasts on availability.
Please note that we do not accept liability for any item listed which
is unavailable through being out of stock or discontinued.
